I've been teaching at GOHS for about 17 years.  I have experience on the college level (LSU) and have a master's degree in English.  I'm also a published poet with experience in public reading.

Locate information about the POETRY CLUB or English III classes on this website.  You can find information about classwork and homework assignments, due dates, etc. on ENGLISH III DAILY. 

All powerpoints used in my classroom are located on POWERPOINTS.  

DOCUMENT LIBRARY may contain zeroxed documents supplied to students in class.  These would be copies of materials needed for assignments which are not located in the book. 

TECHNOLOGY gives students some tips on using the internet, the word processing program, saving and printing documents, making effective powerpoints, etc.

MONKEYSHINES contains an online thesauRus and dictionary as well as vocabulary-enhancing games.

COLLEGE/CAREERS gives hyperlinks to sites for student searches for colleges and technical schools, help with scholarships and admission essays, careers, etc. 

OTHER PAGES may be added as needed during the year.
